01 · Acceptance
By accessing or using getedgedata.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 · Informational analytics only — not a sportsbook
GetEdgeData publishes statistical model forecasts, probabilities and expected-value calculations for informational, educational and entertainment purposes. We do not accept, place, broker or facilitate wagers, and we do not hold user funds. We are not affiliated with any sportsbook, prediction market, league or team. Nothing on the Service is legal, financial, investment or gambling advice.
03 · No guarantee of results
Forecasts are probabilistic estimates subject to variance. Historical performance, ROI and EV figures do not guarantee future results. Any decision you make with a third party is at your sole risk, and we are not responsible for any losses.
04 · Eligibility and responsible play
You must be at least 21 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and are responsible for complying with the laws where you live. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
05 · Accounts and memberships
Provide an accurate email and keep your credentials secure. Free or promotional tiers, including Founding Member access, are offered at our discretion and may change. If paid subscriptions are offered, pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown at checkout and form part of these Terms.
06 · Intellectual property and acceptable use
The Service, its models, data, forecasts and design are owned by GetEdgeData. You may not scrape, copy, resell, redistribute or republish forecasts or data without written permission, attempt to bypass access controls, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
07 · Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetEdgeData is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
08 · Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GetEdgeData operates.
